CHAP. 764.— An Act granting a pension to Dwight Parker.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in, Congress assembled*,Dwight Parker.Pension. That-the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of Dwight Parker, son of Morgan Parker, late private in Company F. First Regiment Michigan Engineers and Mechanics, now deceased, upon the pension-roll of the United States, and to pay to his lawfully constituted Guardian said Dwight Parker a pension, from and after the approval of this act, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, August 15, 1890.
