CHAP. 761.— An Act granting a pension to Catherine McManus.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catherine McManus.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the Samson laws, the name of Catherine McManus, widow of John Manus, late a sergeant in Company IX Third Regiment New Jersey Infantry, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars additional per month for each minor child under sixteen years of age at his decease. Approved, March 3, 1891.
