CHAP. 759.— An Act granting a pension to D. G. Scooten.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,D.G.Scooten.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of D. G. Scooten, late a private in Company H, Fifty-ninth Regiment Illinois Infantry Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, March 3, 1891.
