CHAP. 758.— An Act granting a pension to Oliver P. Martin.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Oliver P. Martin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place on the pension-roll the name of Oliver P. Martin, late a private in Company I. Seventeenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the existing pension laws. Approved, March 3, 1891.
