CHAP. 758.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. M. M. Boyle.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the , United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mrs. M. M. Boyle.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mrs. M. M. Boyle, the widow of John C. Boyle, who was a soldier in the Seminole war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six in Captain Smith’s company of the First Regiment of South Carolina Mounted Infantry, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, August 15, 1890.
