CHAP. 757.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph S. Henderson.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph S. Henderson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, empowered and directed to place the name of Joseph S. Henderson, late of Company H, Twenty-seventh Regiment Iowa Infantry, on the pension-roll, and that said pension be rated at sixteen dollars per mouth after the taking effect of this act, Approved, March 3, 1891.
