CHAP. 757.— An Act granting a pension to Isaac Kelley.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the , United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaac Kelley.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Isaac Kelley, late of Company D, First Regiment Illinois Infantry, in the war of the United States with Mexico, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of eight dollars per month he now receives. Approved, August 15, 1890.
