CHAP. 755.— An Act granting a pension to David Keys.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David Keys.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David keys, father of Thomas Keys, late of Company E. one hundred and eleventh Regiment New York Infantry Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1891.
