CHAP. 755.— An Act granting a pension to Norman B. Pratt.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Norman B, Pratt.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Norman B. Pratt, late private in Company A. of the One hundred and fiftieth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to all the provisions and limitations of the pension laws of the United States. Approved, August 15, 1890.
