CHAP. 751.— An Act granting a pension to Abbie A. Colson.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Abbie A. Colson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he hereby is authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations or the pension laws, the name of Abbie A. Colson, of Winterport, Maine, non compos, sister of John L. Colson, late a private in the Third Battery Mounted Artillery. Maine Volunteers, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month, and the said pension be paid to her legally constituted guardian. Approved, March 3, 1891.
