CHAP. 751.— An Act granting a pension to Francis Pearce.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis Pearce.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior- be, and he is hereby, authorized to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Francis Pearce, late private Company B, Eighty-second Regiment of Enrolled Missouri Militia. Approved, August 15, 1890.
