CHAP. 750.— An Act granting a pension to Hetta Brainard.March 3, 1891, *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hetta Brainard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hetta Brainard, widow of Louden Brainard, late of Captain Libeus Egertons Company of Volunteers from Vermont, at the invasion of Plattsburgh, New York. September, eighteen hundred and fourteen, and allow her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
