CHAP. 749.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph Fisher.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph Fisher. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior'be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph Fisher, of Ohio, who was wounded during the war of eighteen'hundred and sixty-one while arresting a deserter, in obedience to orders of the provost-marshal of the eleventh district of Ohio. Approved, August 15, 1890.
