CHAP. 748.— An Act granting a pension to William Richardson.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represent (dives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Richardson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the*Ante*, p. 1141. pension laws, the name of William Richardson, late a private in Company K.
