CHAP. 745.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph La Preaze.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph La Preaze.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Joseph La Preaze, late a private in Company I. One hundred and nineteenth Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay him a pension, at forty dollars per month. Approved, August 15, 1890.
