CHAP. 744.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth Keely.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Keely.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Keely. mother of George D. Keely, late a private of Company G. Twenty-third Illinois Volunteer Infantry. Approved, March 3, 1891.
