That the Secretary of the Interior be. and is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and regulations of the pension act. the name of Ruth A. Ball, widow of Matthew Holmes, late of Company B, Twenty-eighth Michigan Infantry. Approved, August 15, 1890.
