CHAP. 738.— An Act granting a pension to George Obergfell.August 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,George Obergfell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of George Obergfell. late a private of Company E, Fifth Regiment of Pennsylvania Cavalry Volunteers, on the pension-rolls, and to pay him a pension, subject to the rules and regulations of the Pension Bureau. Approved, August 15, 1890.
