CHAP. 737.— An Act granting a pension to Lydia F. Fryer.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lydia F. Fryer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Lydia F, Fryer, dependent and help-less daughter of Park H. Fryer, late a member of Company F, Sixteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her legal guardian for her use a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
