CHAP. 736.— An Act granting a pension to John M. Wiggins.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John M. Wiggins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of John M. Wiggins, late a private in Company B, Seventeenth Regiment Kentucky Cavalry, United States Volunteers, and to pay him a pension, subject to the rules and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, March 3, 1891.
