CHAP. 735.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth Phillips, widow of Reuben Phillips who was killed in engagement while member of Arkansas State Militia.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Phillips.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Phillips, widow of Reuben Phillips, lately member of Arkansas State Militia, killed in the service, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
