CHAP. 734.— An Act granting a pension to Halem L. Cook, of Franklin Kentucky.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United, States of America in Congress assembled*,Halem L. Cook.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Halem L. Cook, of Franklin, Kentucky, late a private in Company B, Eighth Tennessee. Approved, March 3, 1891.
