CHAP. 728.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth M. Ayars.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth M. Ayars.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior’be, authorized and directed to put upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth M. Ayars, widow, formerly Elizabeth M. Sutton, widow of James C. Sutton, of Company D, Tenth New Jersey Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1891.
