CHAP. 726.— An Act granting a pension to Sylvanus B. Dorsett.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sylvanus B. Dorsett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Sylvanus B. Dorsett, dependent father of John Dorsett, late private in Company G, Ninth United States Infantry, killed September thirteenth, eighteen hundred and forty-seven, at the battle of Chepultepec, at the rate of twelve dollars a month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
