CHAP. 725.— An Act granting a pension to Collin McClelland.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Collin McClelland.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Collin McClelland, late of the regular Army, and that he be paid a pension of thirty dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
