CHAP. 722.— An Act granting a pension to Manuel Tibbs.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Manuel Tibbs.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is. authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Manuel Tibbs, of Washington, District of Columbia, late a teamster in the Quartermaster’s Department. in the war of the rebellion, (and pay him a pension) at the rate of twelve dollars per month Approved, March 3, 1891.
