CHAP. 716.— An Act granting a pension to Mary A. Ripley.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary A. Ripley.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. Ripley, late volunteer army nurse and widow of Z. Howe Ripley, late member Company G, Thirty-fifth New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by her. Approved, March 3, 1891.
