CHAP. 711.— An Act granting a pension to Conrad Stephan.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Conrad Stephan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Conrad Stephan, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, late a member of Company C, Fifteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, March 3, 1891.
