CHAP. 71.— An Act for the relief of Abraham Lisner.January 13, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Abraham Lisner.Relieved from operation of act prohibiting alien ownership of land. That all real estate lying in the District of Columbia heretofore purchased by and conveyed to Abraham Lisner, of said District, prior to the passage of this FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 71, 75, 81, 82. 1891.1335 act, be relieved and exempted from the operation of an act entitled “An act to restrict the ownership of real estate in the Territories toVol. 24, p. 478.
American citizens,” approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and all forfeitures incurred by force of said act are, in respect of such real estate, hereby remitted. Approved, January 13, 1891.
