McDonald, alias William Barnes.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John O. McDonald, alias William Barnes.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Pension-roll the name of John 0. McDonald, alias William Barnes, and pay him a pension of sixteen dollars per month, Approved, March 3, 1891.
