CHAP. 703.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Oscar S. Collins.July 11, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Oscar S. Collins.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oscar S. Collins, late of Company F, First Regiment of Rhode Island Light Artillery Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, July 11, 1890.
