CHAP. 698.— An Act for the relief of Israel R. Pierce.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Israel R. Pierce.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 698-703. 1891.1459 on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Israel R. Pierce, late private Company H. Seventh Ohio Volunteer Cavalry.
