CHAP. 689.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against the name of Ebenezer F. WoodworthMarch 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ebenezer F. Woodworth.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, aria he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the records of the War Department by removing the charge of desertion now standing on said records against the name of Ebenezer F. Wood worth, late of Company L, Third Regiment Michigan Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1891.
