S. Coyle.Honorable discharge That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to issue a certificate of honorable discharge to G. S. Coyle, lieutenant Second Kentucky Volunteers, from the service of the United States, as of November twenty-second, eighteen hundred and sixty two. Approved, March 3, 1891.
