CHAP. 680.— An Act to correct the military record of George McKinney, junior.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United. States of America in Congress assembled*,George McKinney, jr.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed notwithstanding the proceedings of the court martial in his case, to correct the military record of George McKinney (or George W. McKinney), Junior, late of Company E, Thirty-sixth Indiana Infantry, who was mustered in said company August twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty one, and to remove the charge absent without leave standing against him, and show him absent with leave: *Provided,* That*Proviso*.No pay, etc. this act shall not entitle such soldier to pay or emoluments from August eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to June twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty-three.
