CHAP. 679.— An Act to correct the military record of Abram F. Springsteen.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Abram F. Springsteen.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of Abram F. Springsteen, formerly a member of Company A of the Thirty-fifth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, by removing the charge of desertion therefrom and granting him an honorable discharge, to date December twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, March 3, 1891.
