CHAP. 679.— An Act granting a pension to Mary J. FosterJuly 11, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary J. Foster.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary J. Foster, widow of Milton S. Foster, late a private of Company A, Fifth Regiment Kansas Cavalry. Approved, July 11, 1890.
