CHAP. 678.— An Act granting an honorable discharge to David C. Clouse.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David O. Clouse.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of David C. Clouse, late a private in Company H. Third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, by removing therefrom the charge of desertion and substituting therefor absent without leave from June fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to October twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, when he enlisted in Company D, First Indiana Cavalry, and was honorably discharged June eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
