CHAP. 676.— An Act directing the Secretary of War to issue an honorable discharge to John Reilly.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,John Reilly.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War is authorized and directed to issue an honorable discharge from the service of the United States to John Reilly, late captain Third Marine Corps, Missouri Volunteers, said honorable discharge to date December thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, the day on which the said John Reilly’s service terminated, and up to *Proviso*.No pay, etc.which he received pay: *Provided,* That this act shall not entitle the said John Reilly to bounty, pension, or extra pay.
