CHAP. 671.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion against James LittletonMarch 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Littleton.Honorable discharge That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion against James Littleton, late of Company E, Twenty-second Regiment Kentucky Infantry Volunteers, and late of Company C, Seventh Kentucky Veteran Infantry Volunteers, and issue to him an honorable discharge from the Army of the United States. Approved, March 3, 1891.
