CHAP. 671.— An Act granting a pension to William Gardner.July 11, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Gardner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Gardner, late of Company A, First Regiment California Volunteers. Approved, July 11, 1890.
