CHAP. 670.— An Act to remove the charge of desertion from record of James Blythe.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Blythe.Honorable discharge. *Proviso*.No pay, etc. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of James Blythe, formerly a private in Company P, Eighty-third New York Volunteers, and to grant him an honorable discharge under date of February twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided,* That no pay or allowances shall become due or payable by virtue of this act subsequent to the date of such discharge.
