CHAP. 667.— An Act to restore to the pension-roll the name of Ruth S. Byron.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ruth Steuart Byron.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of Ruth Steuart Byron, of Stewart. Athens County, Ohio, and pay her a pension as widow of Captain Charles Byron, to take effect front the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1891.
