CHAP. 662.— An Act increasing pension of Lafayette Soper, of Morrissville.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lafayette Soper.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Lafayette Soper, late of Company A, Eleventh Vermont Volunteers, from thirty dollars a month to forty-five dollars a month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
