CHAP. 661.— An Act to increase the pension of John E. A. Stephens.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John E. A. Stephens.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and required to increase the pension of John E. A. Stephens, of Van Buren, Grant County, Indiana, late a private in Company E, Nineteenth Regiment of Illinois Volunteers in the war of the rebellion, and to pay him a pension at the rate of forty five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving; and also subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law as to the right of future increase of his pension for increase ofFuture increase. the disabilities for which he is now pensioned and resulting disabilities.
