CHAP. 657.— An Act to increase the pension of Colonel Everard Bierer.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Everard Bierer.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Colonel Everard Bierer, late colonel of One hundred and seventy-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, to thirty dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
