CHAP. 651.— An Act to provide for a term of court at Danville, Illinois.July 2, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Illinois, southern judicial district. That hereafter, and until otherwise provided by law, there shall be held annually, on the Additional term of courts at Danville.first Monday of May, a term of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the Southern district of Illinois, at the city of Danville. in said district, said term to be in addition to the terms now [R.
S., sec. 572, p. 99](/us/rs/t/s572/p99); [R. S., sec. 658. p. 120](/us/rs/t/s658/p120);Vol. 15, p. 82; amended.Deputy marshal and clerk.required by law to be held in the cities of Springfield, Cairo, and Quincy, in said district. Sec. 2. That the marshal and clerk of said district shall each, respectively, appoint at least one deputy to reside in said city of Office at Danville.Danville, unless he shall reside there himself, and also maintain an office at that place of holding court.
Sec. 3. Additional special terms. That the judges of the United States circuit or district court for said district may, by order, from time to time, appoint and hold additional special terms of said court in said district for the disposal of the unfinished business thereof, whenever the interests of the public and the condition of the docket shall so require.
