CHAP. 651.— An Act for the relief of James A. Rice.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,James A. Rice.Honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to remove the charge of desertion from the record of James A. Rice, late a private in Company F, Seventh Kentucky Infantry Volunteers, and to issue to him ail honorable discharge as of the seventh day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-two. Approved, March 3, 1891.
