CHAP. 647.— An Act for the relief of John Zedeker.March 3, 1891, *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Zedeker.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the record against John Zedeker, late private in Company E, Thirty-second Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and that he issue an honorable discharge, to date January first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to said soldier, in conformity with a decree of the common pleas court of Richland County, Ohio, issued on the twenty-third day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, relieving him from the military service on a writ of habeas corpus, on account of his minority.
