CHAP. 646.— An Act for the relief of Thomas B. McElwee.March 3, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas B. McElwee.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized to pay. out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas B, McElwee, of Athens, Tennessee, the sum of one hundred and seventeen dollars, being for freight paid the military authorities of the United States on twelve bales of cotton in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, March 3, 1891.
